Alex Savva, CircuitFIT Founder, B.P.H.E., CK
Alex Savva is the founder and President of CircuitFIT – Toronto’s top 30-minute total body fitness and personal training studio. He is a certified kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto and is an accomplished champion natural bodybuilder.
As one of Canada’s most sought-after personal trainers, Alex’s clients vary from absolute beginners to professional athletes. He is a regular fitness expert on CP24's Perfect Fit with Tonya Rouse and CityTV. Alex writes for various fitness publications and is currently the fitness expert for Urban Moms and The Lowcarb Grocery.

Don Gauvreau, B.A. (Kinesiology), CSCS, NSCA-CPT
Don is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), and has operated a successful fitness consulting business since 2000. As an expert in the exercise and nutrition fields, Don has had a countless number of articles published in various industry magazines.
Don was a varsity athlete at university and has also competed in numerous bodybuilding contests, even qualifying to compete at the national level. He is a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). Furthermore, Don has earned a degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree.

Rachel Vosu, B.A. (Kinesiology & Health Science), CK., CFC
Rachel has earned a Specialized Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. She is also a Certified Kinesiologist with the Ontario Kinesiology Association (OKA). Throughout her studies at university Rachel always took a personal interest in understanding how different exercise and nutritional strategies would affect the female body. She has also gained much valuable experience working in clinical settings at various hospitals throughout the greater Toronto area. In fact, Rachel has been able to help many people quickly rehabilitate themselves from various injuries and conditions. As well, Rachel’s diverse combination of education and personal experience has allowed her to help several people transform their bodies and improve their overall health and fitness level.

Dr. Joe Vomvas, B.P.H.E., D.C.
Dr. Joe Vomvas holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. His studies continued at the Canadian memorial chiropractic college, where he graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In addition, he is a certified Active Release Techniques (ART) provider. As a competitor in many team sports, an avid bodybuilder and a mixed martial arts student, he knows what it takes to continually strive for optimal performance and health. Moreover, he continually consults with top athletes both amateur and professional including but not limited to NHL prospects, bodybuilders and triathletes.

Czarina Moshenko, Certified Yoga Instructor
Czarina Moshenko is an experienced yoga practitioner and graduate of the yoga
teacher training course at The Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto.
Her training and experience provides students with a safe and comfortable
atmosphere of various levels. Her classes focus on physical and mental
discipline however, her main focus is to make learning yoga fun.

The Science Behind CircuitFIT
One study published in the journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise showed that female and male subjects who circuit trained using weight-training and aerobic stations for only 3 days a week had a significant decrease in body fat, a significant increase in strength and overall physical fitness!
