Yoga/Core Class
Core Class:
There's a new class you can sign up for that will take you through an intense 30-minute core circuit. Your core instructor will have you performing a variety of core exercises using your own body weight, Equalizer bars and exercise balls, etc.
The classes will be open to members and non-members and will be semi-private for more personal attention and comfort (Between 2-4 people per class).
Thursdays at 5pm
$200/10 sessions* - CircuitFIT members ($22 drop-in rate)
$220/10 sessions* - non members ($24 drop-in rate)

Yoga Class:
The classes will be an introduction to Astanga Yoga and the Primary series. Astanga yoga is described as vigorous and quick paced set series, incorporating breath with movement along with strength and flexibility. The classes will be open to members and non-members and will be semi-private for more personal attention and comfort (Between 2-6 people per class).
Saturdays 8-9am, Sundays 12-1pm
$200/10 sessions* - CircuitFIT members ($22 drop-in rate)
$220/10 sessions* - non members ($24 drop-in rate)

*prepayment is required. 24 hours notice is required to cancel a session that you have reserved or full fee will be charged without refund.
*Sessions will expire 14 weeks after first session.
Online Exercise/Nutrition Training Includes:
- Initial online consultation (to evaluate starting point, goals and background)
- Customized Exercise program design
- New, updated exercise program every month
- Exercise support via email (to answer any exercise questions)
- Weekly Training log submission (to track your progress and make sure you are on the right path to hit your goal)
$100/month* - 6 month commitment
*first and last month’s deposit is required
